We charge £10 per week (and this is taken every 4 weeks on a subscription payed through GoCardless).

Access to 19 live exercise/support classes per Week Via Zoom.
The Chapter Courses: £200 for an 8 week course.
What’s included?
* A Weekly online live Zoom Session for 1.5/2 hours.
* 1:1 session with Your own ‘Fairygodmother’.
* Sunday night Hero Call: option to join in with a conversation to empower your week.
